2022 Grant Round Update

Our 2022 Grant Round call for Expressions of Interest is now closed… and so the hard work for our Grants Assessment Committee begins!

This year we had 55 initial enquiries, with 45 organisations commencing the process and then 39 completing their Expression of Interest.

As a reminder, the themes that members selected this year for our grants are;

  • Helping young people succeed
  • Assisting all people to have the tools to be self-sufficient

The Grants Assessment Committee will now begin to review the applications, before selecting a longlist which will be announced at our members’ “Celebrating Impact Night” on Tuesday 17th May at Adelaide Oval.

The successful organisations will be invited to submit a full application, with an application deadline of Friday 1st July.

From there, members will vote for their preferred four projects at our Shortlisting Event on Monday 15th August and the four finalists will then be paired with our wonderful volunteer mentors from EY, KPMG, Perks and PwC, to prepare a pitch for a $100,000 grant at our Grant Announcement evening on Wednesday 26 October 2022. Please save the dates.

Our sincere thanks and appreciation to our chair of the Committee David Walker and all our volunteer assessors, including new recruits Rosie Osman OAM and Cate Foskett, along with Kiah Elsworthy, David McGlennon, Phil Huestis, Julia Pitman, Clare Randall and Mike Stevens.
