A night of impact

Less than four weeks ago, members of Impact 100 SA demonstrated the power of collective giving when they voted at our Grants Night to award four diverse, grassroots community organisations funds totalling $250 000.

As members of Impact 100 SA, we were all reminded that night that we can help to find innovative solutions to address disadvantage and inequality, by adding our time, voices, support and money to change the world.

Thank you to the many committee member volunteers, presenters, donors and sponsors, such as Arkaba Hotel, Coopers Beer, Coriole Wines, O’Leary Walker Wines, Hughes PR, Studio Shubin Photography, our guest performer  and past presenter from Operation Flinders, Tahlia Weaver and our ambassadors Carolyn Hewson AO, Kevin Scarce AC and Raymond Spencer, and everyone who contributed to the success of the night.

Congratulations once again to our four finalists Cottages for Country Care, JusticeNet SA, Lion Hearts Learning and Technology for Ageing and Disability and their mentors, Craig Whiteman from EY, Sheenagh Edwards from KPMG, Elizabeth Elliot from Perks, and Imelda Alexopolous from PwC.

Thank you also to last year’s winners from Grandparents for Grandchildren SA and United Way SA  who were interviewed by Impact100 SA ambassador Carolyn Hewson AO, on how they each had utilised their transformative $100,000 grant from last year.

We are grateful to our special friends at Hughes PR, Haley Tamblyn and Zoe Drummond for this video in which members, finalists and guests are interviewed about the power of collective giving and Impact 100 SA. We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did!
