Announcing our 2021 Impact100 SA grant themes!

Last night Impact100 South Australia, your local giving circle which has awarded more than $1.3 million in grants to South Australian charitable organisations since 2015, announced the 2021 grant themes.

Every year members contribute $1,000 each to create high impact grants for the non-profit sector. Each year we seek EOIs from organisations looking to fund a high impact project that will benefit South Australians.

This year, we have listened to our members and past applicants and significantly simplified the EOI process utilising an online tool as well as making the process simpler and more streamlined. We encourage you to contact your contacts, spread the word and help boost our 2021 EOI application numbers.

This year, there are again, 2 x $100,000 grants up for grabs for non-profits and social enterprises, with our members voting on the following two broad themes:

  1. Young people feel included and valued
  2. Everybody has safe and stable housing

Expressions of interest have now opened and will close on Monday 15 March. Apply here.

As a volunteer organisation that donates all our income, we would welcome your support in sharing the grant information broadly with your networks. Below is some more information about the grant eligibility that can be used for distribution, and more information is available on our website here.

To be eligible organisations must:

  • Have an annual turnover of less than $5million
  • Be registered with Australian Charities and Not-for Profits Commission (ACNC) and have Deductible Gift Recipient Item 1 status (DGR1)
  • Be a SA-based organisations working primarily in your local community

Impact100 SA is particularly interested in new and innovative projects that operate at the grassroot level and demonstrate a high impact for communities.

In 2021 there is a new, simpler application process that has moved online! Head to our website or contact for more information and the application link.

Thank you, from the Impact100 SA Committee.
