Franklin Advisory supporting our Impact100 SA community

Much of the appeal of Impact100 SA for many of our members is knowing that 100 percent of their donation goes to the charities and not-for-profit organisations that we support.

Impact100 SA is a completely voluntary organisation, which means we are 100 percent charity direct. To do this we rely on volunteers for all parts of our operations, and for businesses and organisations to provide us with venues free of charge for our meetings, such as the Arkaba Hotel and the Wyatt Trust, and more recently Mercury Cinema, for example.

As can be expected there are costs associated with providing a service and while our volunteers often cover incidental costs, we are always grateful to organisations who assist with administrations costs.

Recently, Tyrecycle announced they would fund the cost of our GrantToolbox software package which we use to streamline our grants application process. Last year, our member Ed Peter from Duxton Capital funded governance classes through the Leaders Institute for our four winning charities.

We were delighted to announce that Franklin Advisory is our newest corporate supporter, thanks to investment advisor and Franklin Advisory director, Dave Stock, also a founding member of Impact100 SA.

Thanks to Franklin Advisory, we will be able to cover the administration fees associated with members’ donations being processed by the Australian Communities Foundation and continue to ensure that 100 percent of members’ donations will go to the charities we support and not be used on staff or administration costs.
