With 301 members signed up by Awards Night, we were able to award two high-impact grants of $100,000 and provide our two runners-up with $50,500 each.
Congratulations to our winners – Ngutu College and The Reily Foundation – who connected with our members and presented incredible projects that will provide much-needed support to our community.
Our runners-up – Multicultural Communities Council of SA and Second Chances SA – will also receive a funding boost thanks to our growing membership, with one new member signing up on the night!
We were honoured to have the Governor, the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, join us and help present the cheques to the charities, along with Impact100 SA Ambassadors Jane Doyle OAM, Raymond Spencer, and the Honourable Kevin Scarce AC CSC RANR.
While votes were tallied, Jane Doyle interviewed representatives from Talk Out Loud and Seeds of Affinity, last year’s grant winners, to hear about how the funding has helped them over the last 12 months.
Thank you to everyone involved in running the event;
- Our venue, the Arkaba Hotel, and the Hurley family for hosting us
- State Opera for a beautiful performance
- Serena from Hughes PR for filming proceedings
- KwikKopy Hilton for our giant cheques
And of course our Impact100 SA committee members, all who volunteer their time and talent to keep Impact100 going.
