Members’ briefing: Visit to past recipients of Impact100 grants

Along with providing life changing grants and transforming communities, Impact100 SA is passionate about building a culture of giving and to educate and empower our donors to make transformational and sustainable gifts.

In line with this, the Impact100 SA management committee arranges regular opportunities for members to visit previous grant recipients, to see how our grants are making a real difference in the community.

Recently, members and guests visited the co-located premises of 2016 grant winners  Zahra and MOSH, to meet with staff and clients and to hear about their work.

Zahra Foundation was the successful recipient of a $100,000 grant in 2016, enabling the organisation to assist women and their children to escape domestic violence and rebuild their lives. MOSH, recipient of  a $20,000 grant, works to minimise the devastating effects of suicide on our community.
