2017-2018 Operations Flinder’s wins $100,000

Operations Flinders will use their grant to provide further training for 100 PGMs to create long-term improved employment outcomes and well-developed leadership capabilities.  This will see PGM’s into their futures helping them long term.  PGMs are graduates of the Operations Flinders program, who, after further leadership and field training, then return to the exercises in the Flinders Ranges to help other ‘first timers’.  It is an aim of the program that PGM’s, and other graduates, become happy, balanced and productive members of our community.  Read more about Operations Flinders.  We look forward to seeing Operations Flinders successfully roll out this new program.
