Queen’s Birthday honours for our members

Congratulations to two of our Impact100 SA members – Jeff Ellison and David Reynolds – for their 2022 Queen’s Birthday honours.

Jeff was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in recognition of his outstanding service to the tourism industry and to the community.

Jeff is Chairman and the former CE and MD of Sealink, and has served on many national and local boards including Tourism Australia, SA Tourism Commission, Prince Alfred College Council, St Peters Girls Council and the Botanic Gardens, just to name a few.

Jeff told us that “I feel very honoured and thrilled to be given this opportunity…. You don’t expect public recognition for what you enjoy doing.”

Jeff like many of our Impact100 SA members give in so many ways, with his time, treasure, talent, ties and testimony and our community and country are all the better for him being in it. Thank you Jeff and to all those like Jeff in our Impact100 SA for the contribution they make every day.

David was also recognised with a Public Service Medal for outstanding public service in relation to South Australia’s economic and financial response during the COVID-19 pandemic, while CE of the Department of Treasury and Finance.

David is now Chief Executive of the Department for Trade and Investment and we are thrilled to have him and his wife Nicolle Rantanen as members of Impact100 SA.

Congratulations also to all the recipients of Queen’s Birthday honours and recognition for all your hard work and achievements.
