Tanya Cole

Monday’s member spotlight is on Tanya Cole, dynamic founder and CEO of Hessel Group. Hessel Group incorporates Enhance Training and Hessel Children and provides support services and training in the childcare, disability and aged care sector.

Tanya is an innovator and entrepreneur, having started a nanny agency more than 20 years when she was frustrated by the lack of options for quality child care at home for her two young children.

Tanya is a passionate advocate for the social care community and says she was motivated to join Impact 100 SA a few years ago after meeting our chairperson, Kathryn House AM at a Save the Children’s event where Kathryn told her about Impact’s collective giving model.

I love the concept that all the funds go to successful groups to support their growth or need and are not eaten up by administrative/management costs. Everyone is invested in the amazing, workable charity and to who receives the financial support. I am very much an advocate for Impact 100.
